The Metropolitan District
Christopher Levesque is the Chief Operating Officer for the Metropolitan District (MDC - Hartford, CT), a water and sewer utility. He currently is responsible for all plant and field operations, engineering and construction, customer projects and management of customer related services and assets. Chris has been on the ground level of a major reorganization and culture improvement strategy over the past decade. He is also overseeing a multibillion dollar Federal and State mandated Sewer Improvement Program for elimination and reduction of sewer overflows and plant improvements.
