Elisa Smith is an experienced procurement, material control, and asset management professional with a strong background in delivering large-scale, high-complexity projects across commercial, energy, and government sectors. Her early career includes managing major contracts such as LOGCAP and supporting global organizations including Fluor, Aecom, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where she specialized in material sourcing, procurement strategy, and operational project management. Elisa currently serves as the Global Manager of Operations Assets at Precision Drilling, where she leads enterprise asset management strategy across the U.S. and Canada. She oversees end-to-end asset lifecycle processes, SAP S/4HANA EAM sustainment, digital-twin integration, and cross-border equipment logistics. Her work includes driving data governance, enhancing SAP SAC reporting, advancing maintenance compliance programs, and shaping Precision Drilling’s asset integrity roadmap. Elisa is recognized for her ability to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and elevate decision-making through high-quality data.
