As Senior Director of the Global Center of Excellence for SAP Digital Supply Chain, he leads strategic initiatives that help global organizations optimize service and asset management through intelligent technologies and data-driven insights. Previously, he served as Director of SAP Customer Experience and Vice President of Industry Solutions at Coresystems, where he advanced innovations in mobile and cloud-based field service management. His earlier leadership roles include Vice President Americas at MaxGrip, global positions at Lloyd’s Register, and over a decade in solution management and product strategy at NRX and Datastream Systems. Beginning his career at Michelin, he combines deep operational expertise with a passion for technology innovation, helping organizations enhance reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
