His skill sets include plant maintenance processes, SAP, engineering, systems implementation, business analysis, team leadership, scoping, business process mapping, gap analysis, training, testing, data conversion and documentation. He has a strong background in the mining and utilities industries. Drawing from first-hand experience in planning, scheduling and management roles in the mining industry, Tim has extensive experience with master data standards, conversion, governance, and quality. He has a deep understanding of the SAP Maintenance technical architecture, allowing him to align the technology with business processes and best practice methods. Tim is highly regarded for his pragmatic approach to complex business, digitalization, automation, and transformation projects.
