Tony is the founder of Reliability Dynamics LLC, where he helps organizations build data-driven reliability programs that comply with ISO 14224 and deliver measurable improvements in asset performance. With more than 38 years of experience in equipment reliability, risk management, and data standardization, he has supported petrochemical, oil & gas, and utility companies in transforming how they collect, structure, and use reliability and maintenance data within CMMS and ERP systems. He serves as the U.S. Expert Member of the ISO 14224 Project Group and contributed to ISO 14224:2016 – Petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries — Collection and exchange of reliability and maintenance data. He also chairs the Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS) Process Equipment Reliability Database (PERD) Project, advancing global data quality standards for process equipment. He is the inventor of U.S. Patent 11,157,519 B2, “System and method for enterprise asset management and failure reporting,” which underpins Reliability Dynamics’ ISPM® technology for SAP S/4HANA. His focus is helping asset-intensive organizations bridge the gap between standards and practice—turning structured reliability data into actionable insight.
