Her career began in the resources sector as a Graduate Geologist with Rio Tinto Aluminium, giving her a strong analytical foundation that continues to shape her systematic approach to work management. Tracey holds a degree from the Queensland University of Technology and is recognised for her ability to drive process improvements, uplift organisational capability, and streamline complex operational environments.
