Wes is a highly experienced Maintenance Specialist with 26 years of expertise in the oil and gas industry. A skilled mechanic by trade, he has a deep understanding of mechanical systems and extensive hands-on experience in the maintenance sector. Over the course of his career, he has developed specialized knowledge in planning and scheduling, with 10 years dedicated to overseeing routine maintenance activities, large-scale projects, and turnarounds. In his current role, Wes is leading a major enterprise initiative to partner with SAP for the design and deployment of the S/4HANA platform, Prometheus tools, and other integrated systems. His leadership on this project reflects his ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams and drive innovation in maintenance processes through advanced technologies.
