Track 1: Asset performance & strategy

Focus on the strategic and analytical pillars of your organization, reliability engineering, financial alignment, and AI-driven optimization and how leaders are using data science to justify costs and predict the future of their assets. This track explores the shift from reactive to prescriptive maintenance, providing the framework for organizations to bridge the gap between technical reliability and long-term financial value.

Sessions will cover translating technical reliability into financial value, integrating Asset Strategy with Asset Health, AI-supported maintenance strategy and unstructured data analysis, rule-based prescriptive maintenance, and digital collaboration via SAP Business Networks.

Track 2: Asset operations & service execution

This track focuses on the core functional areas of your organisation, driving operational excellence through a strong data foundation and disciplined maintenance execution. Expect practical requirements of the S/4HANA service journey, focusing on how to resolve legacy system configurations and ensure master data is clean, compliant, and ready for future scale. Whether you are maintaining internal infrastructure or managing customer assets in the field, this track provides the technical and process-driven roadmap for a more precise, reliable operation.

Topics include data standards and master data cleansing, the S/4HANA service journey and contract migration, frontline enablement via Mobile Asset Management (FSM), practical implementation case studies on overcoming "bad data," and closing the loop between field execution and reliability strategy.

Track 3: Roundtables and interactive masterclasses
