Our team is currently shaping the 2027 agenda with customers, partners and SAP experts to ensure it reflects the real priorities facing the industry. While the full agenda will be released soon, you can expect focused industry content, interactive sessions and forward-looking keynotes addressing the challenges organizations are tackling today - from AI and operational performance to supply chain resilience and sustainability.
Below is a preview of the core topic tracks that will structure this year’s discussions.
Built around real challenges, not theory - designed to give you ideas you can actually use.

Track 1: Asset performance & strategy
Focus on the strategic and analytical pillars of your organization, reliability engineering, financial alignment, and AI-driven optimization and how leaders are using data science to justify costs and predict the future of their assets. This track explores the shift from reactive to prescriptive maintenance, providing the framework for organizations to bridge the gap between technical reliability and long-term financial value.
Sessions will cover translating technical reliability into financial value, integrating Asset Strategy with Asset Health, AI-supported maintenance strategy and unstructured data analysis, rule-based prescriptive maintenance, and digital collaboration via SAP Business Networks.
Who this track is for: Asset Managers, Reliability Engineers, CTO/CIOs, CFOs, and Digital Transformation Leads
Track 2: Asset operations & service execution
This track focuses on the core functional areas of your organization, driving operational excellence through a strong data foundation and disciplined maintenance execution. Expect practical requirements of the S/4HANA service journey, focusing on how to resolve legacy system configurations and ensure master data is clean, compliant, and ready for future scale. Whether you are maintaining internal infrastructure or managing customer assets in the field, this track provides the technical and process-driven roadmap for a more precise, reliable operation.
Topics include data standards and master data cleansing, the S/4HANA service journey and contract migration, frontline enablement via Mobile Asset Management (FSM), practical implementation case studies on overcoming "bad data," and closing the loop between field execution and reliability strategy.
Who this track is for: Maintenance Managers, Field Service Leads, Master Data Owners, SAP Functional Leads, and Service Operations
Track 3: Roundtables and interactive masterclasses
This track offers a collaborative environment to engage directly with SAP product leads and subject matter experts through curated roundtables, deep dives, and technical masterclasses. Designed for those seeking a more granular understanding of specific domain challenges, these sessions facilitate high-level knowledge exchange and peer-to-peer benchmarking.
Participants will move beyond standard presentations to tackle complex architectural questions and industry-specific pain points in a participatory format.
Please note that to maximize engagement time, some sessions in this stream are scheduled to continue through coffee and lunch breaks.
Our topic-based agenda for 2027 is designed to reflect the transformation themes shaping all industrial sectors - while still keeping your industry community front and centre. Throughout the agenda, you’ll find tailored examples, sector-specific insights and opportunities to connect with peers from utilities, energy, manufacturing, transportation, and field-service-heavy organizations.
